What You'll Be Doing

As a Cloud Infrastructure Engineer, you'll play a key role in designing, deploying, and operating modern cloud platforms across hybrid and multi-cloud environments.

☁️ Build & Manage Cloud Infrastructure

• Design, deploy, administer, and optimize cloud infrastructure across Microsoft Azure and Amazon Web Services (AWS).
• Manage compute, networking, storage, and identity services while ensuring scalability, resilience, and operational excellence.
• Support hybrid cloud architectures integrating on-premises infrastructure with cloud services.

⚙️ Automate Everything

• Implement and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, promoting consistency, repeatability, and automation.
• Develop infrastructure automation that simplifies provisioning, configuration management, and operational processes.
• Contribute to infrastructure standardization and cloud governance initiatives.

Secure & Govern Cloud Environments

• Configure and manage secure cloud networking, including:
• Virtual Networks (VNet)
• Virtual Private Clouds (VPC)
• VPN Connectivity
• Firewalls
• Network Security Groups (NSGs)
• Identity & Access Management (IAM)
• Role-Based Access Control (RBAC)
• Ensure cloud environments comply with security standards, governance policies, and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with Security teams to implement secure cloud architectures and continuously improve cloud posture.

Monitor & Optimize

• Monitor cloud infrastructure using native observability and monitoring tools such as:
• Azure Monitor
• Azure Log Analytics
• Amazon CloudWatch
• Investigate incidents, perform root cause analysis, and resolve infrastructure, networking, and performance issues.
• Continuously optimize cloud environments for availability, scalability, and operational efficiency.

🚀 DevOps & Continuous Delivery

• Collaborate with development teams to build and maintain modern CI/CD pipelines.
• Support application deployments and cloud-native delivery processes using DevOps best practices.
• Contribute to infrastructure automation and continuous delivery strategies.

Business Continuity

• Design and maintain backup, disaster recovery (DR), and high-availability solutions.
• Participate in disaster recovery planning, validation exercises, and resilience improvements.
• Ensure critical workloads remain highly available and recoverable.

Cloud Optimization

• Monitor cloud consumption and optimize infrastructure costs through:
• Right-Sizing
• Auto Scaling
• Reserved Instances
• Resource Optimization
• Balance performance, availability, and cost-efficiency across cloud environments.

Documentation & Collaboration

• Produce and maintain infrastructure documentation, architecture diagrams, operational procedures, and technical standards.
• Work closely with Infrastructure, DevOps, Security, and Application teams to deliver reliable cloud platforms.
• Promote cloud best practices and continuous knowledge sharing across teams.

🛠️ What We're Looking For

Required Experience

✔️ Proven experience administering enterprise cloud environments.

✔️ Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and Amazon Web Services (AWS).

✔️ Solid understanding of:

• Cloud Networking
• Compute

• Identity & Access Management
• Cloud Security
• Monitoring & Observability

✔️ Experience implementing Infrastructure as Code, preferably using Terraform.

✔️ Strong troubleshooting skills across cloud infrastructure, networking, and application performance.

✔️ Experience working with DevOps practices and CI/CD platforms such as:

• Azure DevOps
• GitLab CI
• Jenkins
• Equivalent CI/CD solutions

✔️ Experience managing cloud costs and optimizing infrastructure resources.

✔️ Experience working in hybrid cloud environments combining on-premises and cloud infrastructure.
