DevOps / Platform Engineer
Summary
DevOps/Platform Engineer in Warsaw (on-site) joining a long-term client project to build and operate scalable Kubernetes (EKS) infrastructure on AWS. Work covers Terraform-based IaC, CI/CD with GitHub Actions/GoCD, zero-downtime Blue-Green/Canary deployments, observability with OpenTelemetry/Grafana, and Istio service mesh. Korean proficiency is required.
We’re looking for a DevOps / Platform Engineer with 4+ years of experience and Korean language proficiency to join a long-term project with the team of our client. The main task is to build and operate scalable Kubernetes infrastructure and enable secure, reliable deployments for a high-performance digital platform.
Responsibilities
Build and maintain Kubernetes clusters and cloud infrastructure.
Automate infrastructure provisioning and management using Infrastructure as Code.
Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines and zero-downtime deployment strategies.
Build self-service deployment tools to improve developer productivity.
Implement monitoring, observability, incident management, and recovery procedures.
Improve platform performance, reliability, and security.

Requirements
3+ years of DevOps or Platform Engineering experience.
Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Terraform, and CI/CD.
Experience with production monitoring, troubleshooting, and incident prevention.
Korean language proficiency.
