Key Skills & Experience
- 3+ years of experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure
- 4+ years of experience with command-line interfaces and file system navigation
- 4+ years of experience with PowerShell or similar scripting tools
- 3+ years of experience with SSH clients and Remote Desktop
- 3+ years of experience with secrets management and least-privilege security practices
- Experience with networking tools, including DNS lookups, traceroute, and load balancing
- 3+ years of experience with research, analysis, problem solving, and technical documentation
- 2+ years of experience leveraging Generative AI / Agentic AI tooling, including prompt design, RAG, AI-augmented workflows, and evaluating AI outputs

- DevOps experience supporting continuous delivery of custom-built solutions
- Red Hat OpenShift / hybrid cloud experience
- Terraform / Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
- VS Code or Visual Studio 2019+
