We\u2019re Hiring: DevOps / SRE Operations Engineer
Are you passionate about cloud infrastructure, automation, and building highly available production environments? CareerNext Manpower Agency Corp. is looking for an experienced DevOps / SRE Operations Engineer to join our growing team in BGC, Makati.
Location: BGC, Makati Salary: ₱80,000 – ₱100,000 per month
What You\u2019ll Do
- Manage AWS production environments (EC2, RDS, Redis, Amazon MQ, VPC, IAM, Route53)
- Maintain Jenkins CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation
- Build and manage monitoring solutions using Prometheus, Grafana, and CloudWatch
- Troubleshoot production issues through ELK/Loki log analysis
- Implement backup, disaster recovery, and security best practices
- Maintain MySQL, Redis, ActiveMQ, and Zookeeper environments
- Develop automation scripts using Shell and Python
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of hands‑on AWS production operations experience
- Strong knowledge of Jenkins, Linux administration, MySQL, Redis, and message queues
- Experience with monitoring tools and cloud security best practices
- Proficient in Shell scripting and Python automation
- Solid understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, Load Balancers, VPC)
Preferred Skills
- Terraform or CloudFormation
- Docker and Kubernetes
- Java application support and JVM tuning
- Zookeeper cluster administration
- Experience in payment or financial systems
- AWS or CKA certifications
