Job Summary
We are seeking an Intermediate DevOps / SRE Operations Engineer to join our team in building, maintaining, and improving reliable, scalable, and secure cloud infrastructure. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of AWS production operation experience, full-stack infrastructure operation capabilities, and is able to independently maintain stable online production environments.
Key Responsibilities
Cloud Infrastructure Management: Manage and optimize AWS production environments, including EC2, RDS, Redis, Amazon MQ, VPC, IAM, and Route53.
CI/CD & Deployment: Maintain and improve Jenkins-based CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
Monitoring & Alerting: Build and manage comprehensive monitoring systems using Prometheus, Grafana, and CloudWatch.
Troubleshooting & Analysis: Investigate and resolve production issues efficiently through ELK/Loki log analysis.
Security & Resilience: Implement robust backup, disaster recovery, and infrastructure security hardening strategies.
Environment Maintenance: Maintain and ensure the high availability of MySQL, Redis, ActiveMQ, and Zookeeper environments.
Automation: Develop and deploy automation scripts to eliminate repetitive tasks using Shell and Python.
Requirements & Qualifications
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of hands-on AWS production operations experience.
Systems & Data: Strong working knowledge of Linux administration, MySQL, Redis, and message queues.
Scripting: Proficiency in Shell scripting and Python automation.
Networking: Solid understanding of core networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, Load Balancers, VPC).
Security & Observability: Direct experience handling monitoring tools and cloud security best practices.
Preferred Qualifications (A Plus)
Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or CloudFormation).
Knowledge of containerization and orchestration (Docker and Kubernetes).
Experience in Java application support and JVM tuning.
Zookeeper cluster operation experience.
Professional background in payment processing or financial systems.
Active AWS or CKA (Certified Kubernetes Administrator) certifications.
