DevSecOps consultant role at We Are META, a Portuguese staffing firm that places engineers with client companies. Day to day: building secure CI/CD pipelines, IaC, Docker/Kubernetes and cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), security automation (SAST/DAST, container scanning) and observability, working hybrid (2 days/week) in Porto or Lisbon.

For this position, the perfect Rhino should have the following skills:
* 5 years in DevOps, SRE or infrastructure engineering with CI/CD (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions)
* Expert Infrastructure-as-Code, Docker, Kubernetes/OpenShift and cloud (AWS, Azure or GCP)
* Security automation with OWASP Top 10, SAST/DAST, container scanning and policy-as-code
* Observability with Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog or Splunk, plus Python, Go, Java or Bash scripting
* Communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders, mentoring teams
* Service mesh (Istio, Linkerd) and GitOps platforms (ArgoCD, Flux) (nice to have)
* AI agent frameworks (LangChain, AutoGen) (nice to have)
* Fluency in English (B2)
* Availability for hybrid work in Porto or Lisbon, 2 days per week (candidates must already be based in Portugal, with Portuguese or EU citizenship or a valid work permit).
