Diesel Technician

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to support fleet maintenance operations. This role is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining diesel equipment and trailers to ensure operational safety, DOT compliance, and fleet reliability.

Your Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair intermediate mechanical, electrical, and air system issues
• High paced, fast environment with expectations for quick turnaround.
• Perform advanced preventative maintenance and component replacements
• Support complex repairs in collaboration with the Supervisor and/or Lead
• Ability to work in temperatures that exceed more than 30 degrees hotter or colder
than the outside temperature.
• Assist with inspection preparation and defect correction
• Utilize diagnostic tools and schematics to troubleshoot vehicle systems
• Ensure all repairs and maintenance meet DOT regulations and compliance
standards
• Maintain accurate maintenance and repair documentation
• Follow all safety, quality, and company maintenance standards

Minimum Qualifications

  • High School Diploma, or equivalent, and at least three (3) years of experience working on heavy equipment. An equivalent amount of education and experience may be considered.
  • Tool Ownership// Must own and utilize a complete set of tools required for performing all maintenance and repair tasks.
    • Ability to lift 75-100 lbs.
    • Ability to stand for long periods of time.

The pay range for this role is 28.00-32.00 per hour.
