Dynamics 365 Customer insights Architect: We are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 Customer Insights (Data and Journeys) Architect to lead end-to-end solution architecture, data unification, identity resolution, and omnichannel journey orchestration. You will design scalable, secure architectures across Customer Insights – Data and Customer Insights – Journeys, integrate with enterprise MarTech/AdTech and Azure services, and drive measurable business outcomes in personalization, lifecycle marketing, and customer experience. Key Responsibilities • Define the end-to-end reference architecture for Customer Insights – Data and Journeys, including data ingestion, unification, segmentation, activation, and analytics. • Translate business goals (acquisition, onboarding, upsell, retention, win back) into technical designs, roadmaps, and program increments. • Establish environment strategy (Dev/Test/Prod), ALM, solution layering, governance standards, and release management. • Design and implement data ingestion pipelines from first-, second-, and third party sources (e.g., Dataverse, Azure Data Lake, ERP, eCommerce, POS, web/mobile events). • Configure data unification, identity resolution, and profile enrichment; define canonical data models, measures, KPIs, and calculated insights. • Build segments and audiences for activation; implement predictive insights where applicable. • Set up consent and preferences data models; ensure compliance with regional privacy regulations. • Architect real-time, event-driven journeys, triggers, and audience entry criteria across channels (email, SMS, push, in-app, custom). • Define content personalization strategy (dynamic attributes, segments, suppression logic) and journey branching for lifecycle and transactional communications. • Implement deliverability, domain authentication, frequency capping, and compliance; define monitoring and tuning practices for throughput and throttling. •
