【職務簡介】
M31主要業務為向 IC 設計業者和晶圓代工廠授權 IP，此職務為負責高速介面 IP（High Speed Interface IP）MIPI Controller開發相關的數位RD職缺。

【將負責的工作內容】
1. Lead the design, development, maintenance, and enhancement of MIPI CSI-2 and DSI-2 controller IP.
2. Provide technical direction across architecture, RTL design, integration, verification, and debugging.
3. Review technical specifications, design documents, implementation plans, and engineering deliverables.
4. Drive resolution of complex design, integration, performance, and customer-related issues.
5. Manage team hiring, coaching, capability development, goal setting, and performance management.
6. Own project planning, resource allocation, delivery schedules, technical risks, and quality.

【條件與特質】
Qualifications and Experience
1. Master’s degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
2. 10+ years of relevant R&D experience in semiconductor IP, SoC, controller design, or high-speed interfaces.
3. At least 3 years of people-management experience, including hiring, coaching, team development, and performance management.
4. Strong knowledge of MIPI CSI-2, DSI-2.
5. Experience in digital design, RTL development, SoC integration, IP verification, and debugging.
