Responsibilities The Opportunity The Digital Commerce Analyst is responsible for executing and accelerating the Digital Commerce agenda across Central America (CAM) by translating the regional Digital Commerce strategy into customer-specific growth plans and commercial initiatives. Working closely with the CARICAM Digital Commerce team, the role supports the definition of strategic priorities, growth opportunities and capability roadmaps, while owning the execution, performance management and implementation of initiatives across assigned digital customers in CAM. Your Impact 1.Digital Customer Development & Growth Planning Own the execution of growth plans for assigned Digital Commerce customers across CAM. Translate regional dCommerce priorities into actionable customer plans. Lead customer business reviews and performance discussions. Drive execution against agreed growth objectives and commercial commitments. 2. Full Funnel Commerce & WCCE Execution Partner with the CARICAM Digital Commerce team in the definition of Full Funnel Commerce and WCCE strategies. Lead execution of approved plans across CAM customers. Monitor funnel performance and recommend optimization opportunities. Ensure implementation of engagement initiatives designed to increase acquisition, conversion and loyalty. 3. Digital Commerce Performance Management Own performance tracking of Digital Commerce customers and channels across CAM. Translate insights into action plans that accelerate sales and profitability. Monitor execution against AOP targets and Titanes priorities. Lead follow-up of customer commitments and corrective actions. 4. Digital Shelf & Perfect Digital Store Excellence Execute the Perfect Digital Store agenda across assigned customers. Monitor assortment, content, availability, visibility and value KPIs. Coordinate implementation plans and ensure execution excellence. Drive continuous improvement of Digital Shelf fundamentals. 5. Commercial Activation Partner with CARICAM teams to support activation planning and investment priorities. Support in the execution of customer-specific promotional initiatives. Measure results and recommend optimization opportunities. Support implementation of best practices across customers. 6. Commercial Analytics & Business Insights Generate actionable recommendations through digital commerce analytics. Develop dashboards, scorecards and executive reporting. Identify growth opportunities and performance risks. Support strategic decision-making through data-driven insights. 7. Cross-Functional Execution Leadership Coordinate implementation of Digital Commerce initiatives with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Revenue Management and Supply Chain. Ensure timely execution of action plans and customer commitments. Act as the primary execution lead for CAM initiatives. 8. Strategic Planning & Titanes Agenda Deployment Partner with the CARICAM Digital Commerce team to define customer growth strategies, priorities and annual plans. Support AOP development and business case creation. Lead local deployment and execution of the Digital Commerce Titanes agenda across CAM. Track progress, identify gaps and implement corrective actions. Qualifications Who Are We Looking For? Professional / Bachelor degree English: fluent professional. Experience in CPG Company (desirable). Ability to lead and work with multi-disciplinary teams to drive projects and achieve their completion.
