Digital Marketing & Graphic Design Specialist

Key Responsibilities

Graphic Design

• Design social media posts and marketing artwork using Canva or similar tools
  
• Create artwork for print marketing materials (flyers, brochures, signage, etc.)
  
• Use AI design tools where helpful to speed up content creation
  
• Maintain consistent branding across all materials
  

Digital Marketing & Social Media

• Manage and schedule posts on Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn
  
• Set up and manage email marketing campaigns via Mailchimp
  
• Manage and update Google Business Profile listings
  
• Assist with setting up and monitoring online ads (Facebook/Google Ads)
  
• Conduct AI-based/online searches for content ideas, market trends and competitor insights
  
• Monitor engagement and report on performance
  

• Minimum of 2 years+ of relevant experience.
  
• Proven experience with Canva or similar graphic design tools
  
• Experience managing business social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)
  
• Experience with Mailchimp or similar email marketing platforms
  
• Familiarity with Google Business Profile and online ad platforms
  
• Comfortable using AI tools to support content creation and research
  
• Strong sense of design, layout and branding consistency
  
• Portfolio of sample work is required
  
• Good written English and attention to detail
  
• Reliable, organised and able to work independently
  
• Experience in real estate or construction marketing is a plus, but not essential
