Digital Marketing Manager

You will be responsible for:

  • Own and drive the digital demand generation and Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategy for enterprise clients, leveraging channels such as LinkedIn Ads, Google/YouTube remarketing, SEO, content distribution, webinars, and industry events.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns promoting C&F, its services, and solutions to target audiences.
  • Manage external agencies, freelancers, and other marketing partners responsible for paid acquisition activities, including briefing, performance management, budget oversight, and results evaluation.
  • Own the end-to-end marketing funnel (Lead → MQL → SQL), partnering closely with Sales to define MQL criteria, monitor conversion rates, and improve pipeline performance.
  • Plan and manage the digital marketing budget across paid media, marketing tools, content production, and demand generation initiatives.
  • Develop and distribute content through initiatives such as C&F Talks podcasts, webinars, and video programs, utilizing these assets to support lead generation and audience nurturing efforts.
  • Design and execute controlled experiments with emerging marketing channels and advertising formats (e.g., Reddit Ads, OpenAI Ads), establishing clear KPIs and measurable success criteria.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales and business leaders to execute ABM programs for target accounts across industries including CPG, Pharma, Animal Health, and Manufacturing, ensuring personalized engagement and effective sales enablement.
  • Conduct competitive and market analysis, benchmarking digital marketing activities of leading consulting and technology firms such as Accenture, Deloitte, PwC, and Capgemini, and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Co-manage and continuously optimize the company website and marketing technology ecosystem, including CRM, marketing automation platforms, GA4, and ABM tools.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report marketing performance through KPI dashboards and regular business reviews with senior leadership and key stakeholders.
  • Coordinate and support the work of part of the marketing team, ensuring alignment, collaboration, and effective execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Identify new growth opportunities, recommend improvements, and proactively drive initiatives that increase pipeline generation and marketing effectiveness.
  • Build strong cross-functional relationships and act as a strategic partner to Sales in achieving revenue and business growth objectives.

What you will need:

  • 4-5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably within the IT, technology, consulting, or SaaS sectors.
  • Hands-on experience in planning and executing Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs and managing campaigns through LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
  • Solid knowledge of Google Ads, GA4, and remarketing campaign strategies and execution.
  • Strong understanding of B2B marketing and sales funnels, including Lead, MQL, SQL, CAC, pipeline management, and campaign ROI measurement.
  • Experience managing external agencies, vendors, and marketing partners, including briefing, budget oversight, performance monitoring, and results evaluation.
  • Practical experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken, with experience creating content and running campaigns for international markets, including the US, DACH, other European countries, and Poland.
  • Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to work comfortably with data, build and interpret reports, dashboards, and performance metrics.
  • Proven ability to independently manage projects, prioritize competing initiatives, and deliver results in a resource-constrained environment.
  • Experience in B2B lead generation and pipeline-building activities.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to successfully manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Ability to build credibility and influence within a senior, highly experienced team.
  • Leadership potential or initial people management experience, with a willingness to take on broader team coordination responsibilities.
  • Ability to work independently, drive initiatives forward, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience marketing to large enterprise organizations and high-revenue accounts.
  • Familiarity with ABM and intent-data platforms such as ZoomInfo, 6sense, Demandbase, or Clearbit.
  • Experience partnering closely with Sales teams to define and optimize MQL and SQL criteria.
  • Previous experience working in a marketing agency, digital agency, or consulting environment.
  • Experience targeting enterprise clients across industries such as Manufacturing, Pharma, Life Sciences, Consumer Goods, or similar sectors.
