Digital Marketing Strategist

JOB PURPOSE:

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Strategist with exceptional analytical abilities and expert-level knowledge across all major digital platforms—including social media, search, and display. In this role, you will assist in planning and optimize multi-channel digital marketing campaigns that drive measurable results and support overall business objectives.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Consult and partner with key stakeholders, including external agency, on the development of digital marketing campaign strategies and test plans across all digital channels, including Paid Search, Social, Display, Video, and Emerging channels

Analyze performance data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization

Provide guidance and direction to third party agencies in the development of performance marketing plans to ensure optimization of and adherence to our budget and campaign performance across our digital marketing channels
Develop performance presentations summarizing key results, tailoring details and messaging to various audiences from executive leadership to doctors

Conduct audience research, competitive analysis, and market insights to inform strategy
Collaborate with creative, content, and product teams to ensure campaigns align with brand messaging and business goals
Execute and refine targeting strategies, including demographic, behavioral, lookalike, and custom audiences

Educational Requirements:

A Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field

GENERAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:

3–5+ years of hands-on experience managing multi-channel digital campaigns.
Expert proficiency with major advertising platforms:

Search: Google Ads, Microsoft Ads
Social: Meta
Display & Programmatic: Google Display Network, DSPs (e.g., The Trade Desk, DV360)

Adept at working with data, building reports, and communicating insights to stakeholders
Comfortable using AI tools to accelerate reporting, data analysis, and presentation development
Excellent project management, organization, and communication skills

Experience with Invoca or other call-tracking platforms (preferred)
Oversee tracking/tagging needs (UTMs, pixels, conversion events) and coordinate with development teams as needed (preferred)
