Digital Project Manager
Description
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven IT Project Manager / Senior Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of technology-driven projects for construction sites. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, experience in IT systems implementation, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful deployment of solutions.
What You’ll Be Doing?
Lead end-to-end delivery of digital solutions and IT projects, ensuring alignment with project scope, budget, timelines, and quality standards.
Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders to define project requirements and expectations.
Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, risk assessments, and resource allocation.
Monitor project progress, resolve issues, and implement corrective actions when necessary.
Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders and senior management.
Work closely with clients to understand their needs and improve customer satisfaction.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to innovation within the company.
Liaise with clients, government authorities, project stakeholders, and end-users for project success
Identify risks and opportunities with mitigation strategies to maintain key project milestones and completion dates for digital solution implementation.
Handle troubleshoot emergencies, equipment problems, technical issues, organize and oversee resolutions
Support business development by understanding users needs and new trends
Ensure quality assurance and compliance with industry standards and company policies.
What We’re Looking For?
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems or a related field.
Minimum 7 years of solid experience in IT project management, system implementation, or software development projects.
Strong understanding of IT systems, IoT technologies, AI-driven solutions, and system integration.
Experience in delivering digital transformation, smart construction, IoT, AI projects is highly preferred.
Experience in handling oversea projects is a plus
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent project management certification is an advantage.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
Strong communication and leadership skills to manage diverse teams.
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Microsoft Project is an advantage.
Experience with Python, data analytic, or BI tools and is a plus.
Ability to work independently and make strategic decisions to drive project success.
Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Digital Project Manager.
