Position Details
- Job Title: Digital Sales Specialist (vDSS)
- Location: Lisbon, Portugal
- Market: English
- Working Days: Monday to Friday
- Working Hours: Between 08:00 and 18:00
- Working Schedule: 40 hours per week
- Workplace: On-site, Lisbon
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new B2B sales opportunities and build sales pipelines.
- Identify and qualify potential business opportunities.
- Engage with prospective customers through digital sales channels.
- Conduct discovery conversations and understand customer requirements.
- Qualify opportunities using BANT (Budget, Authority, Need and Timeline).
- Maintain accurate CRM records and sales activity updates.
- Coordinate qualified opportunities with the technical customer success team.
Requirements
- Minimum 6 months of B2B sales experience in a contact centre environment.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Experience in lead generation, prospecting or opportunity qualification.
- Understanding of CRM systems and sales processes.
- Strong customer engagement and relationship-building skills.
