Digital Solutions Business Analyst

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to gather and translate business requirements into practical technology solutions. The role will connect business teams, technical teams, and vendors while supporting process improvement, testing, implementation, and project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Gather, analyze, document, and manage business requirements.
Identify process gaps and recommend opportunities for digital innovation and customer experience improvement.
Translate business needs into clear functional and technical documentation.
Create process flows, business rules, performance measures, and control requirements.
Prioritize initiatives based on business objectives and stakeholder needs.
Ensure requirements are clear, communicated, validated, and approved before development.
Work with development, quality assurance, information security, network, systems support, and third-party vendors.
Evaluate potential software solutions and conduct gap analyses.
Support the preparation of test plans and test data.
Coordinate user acceptance testing and system implementation.
Verify that delivered solutions meet business requirements.
Prepare project plans, monitor deliverables, and ensure timely completion.
Manage competing priorities, resources, stakeholders, and vendors.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
At least five years of relevant experience in business analysis, process improvement, or process re-engineering.
Experience managing digital transformation or technology-related projects.
Strong knowledge of requirements gathering, process mapping, and business process modeling.
Familiarity with the Software Development Life Cycle or SDLC.
Strong analytical, critical-thinking, organizational, and stakeholder-management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in life or non-life insurance.
Strong technical writing skills.
Postgraduate studies or relevant certification in Business Analysis, Lean Six Sigma, or Business Process Management.
Experience in vendor evaluation, gap analysis, UAT, and project management.
