Digital Support Apprentice

Digital applications are at the core of every successful business. Every company uses digital applications; some, like Microsoft Office, are common to many, while others are specialised for your employer.

The role:

Starting as an apprentice, your role will involve supporting your colleagues with various duties. This could include triaging telephone enquiries, taking notes, logging them into a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system - which manages interactions with customers – and confirming by email.

You will collaborate with colleagues from various departments and eventually progress to become the ‘go to’ person for the CRM system – your continuous development is important to QA & your future employer!

The apprenticeship:

While working your normal duties for 80% of the time, you devote 20% of your time to completing, a recognised digital skills qualification - SCQF Level 6 Digital Applications Support Apprenticeship.

Gaining your qualification will be a fantastic kick start to your career.

Salary:

From £16,000 - £18,000 per annum
