Overview of the Role:

The Digital Transformation Analyst supports the delivery of SCE's Digital Transformation Strategy by helping improve business processes, systems, data quality and digital adoption across the organisation.

Working under the direction of the Head of Digital Transformation, the role partners with stakeholders to gather requirements, implement digital solutions and drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide functional support for core business systems and applications

  • Investigate and resolve system and process-related issues

  • Escalate technical, security and infrastructure matters where required

  • Manage support requests and maintain system documentation

  • Identify opportunities to improve system performance and user support

Essential Knowledge & Experience

  • Experience supporting business applications, digital systems or technology-enabled business change

  • Experience investigating issues, identifying root causes and coordinating resolutions

  • Experience gathering requirements and supporting process or system improvements

  • Experience creating business and user documentation, including process maps, guides and training materials

  • Experience supporting user training, system demonstrations or digital adoption initiatives

  • Good understanding of data quality and information management principles

  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications and digital technologies

Salary: £35-40K per annum

Location: Waltham Abbey, London, E4 7RW

Contract Type: Permanent

Working Hours: 40hrs per week

Working pattern: Monday-Friday
