Digital Transformation Manager

Responsibilities

• Define and develop the digital transformation roadmap and system architecture, translating complex business needs into actionable, cost-effective implementation plans

• Lead the design and deployment of local LLM environments, internal AI tools, and workflow automation to drive organizational efficiency

• Manage end-to-end project lifecycles from vendor selection to system implementation, ensuring seamless integration, budget adherence, and measurable performance (KPIs)

• Drive the organizational adoption of new digital and AI tools by developing comprehensive training programs and user guidelines

• Establish robust frameworks for data access, AI usage policies, and IT security to ensure full compliance with privacy standards

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Project Management, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related disciplines

• At least 8 years of experience in management or senior architectural roles, specifically within digital transformation environments

• Proven track record in defining enterprise-level system architecture and digital transformation roadmaps

• Hands-on experience designing and deploying local LLM environments, internal AI tools, and workflow automation

• Strong command of IT security standards and data privacy compliance, with the ability to establish policies for data access and ethical AI usage

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex business needs into cost-effective, actionable plans

• Forward-thinking approach to exploring and adopting new technologies to drive business solutions

• Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of effectively engaging with diverse teams and stakeholders

• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with high integrity

• Proficient in MS Office; experience with data visualization (Tableau/Power BI) and AI-powered analytics is a significant advantage

• Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese
