As a Microsoft 365 Consultant, you will play a key role in designing, implementing, and delivering cloud and hybrid solutions that help customers modernize their workplace. You’ll work across complex projects, collaborate with cross‑functional teams, and be a trusted technical partner for our customers throughout their cloud journey.
Key responsibilities:
- Design and deliver end-to-end Microsoft 365 solutions aligned with customer requirements and project objectives
- Create architecture and solution designs that support modern workplace, security, and collaboration outcomes
- Lead the implementation of Microsoft 365 environments and associated technologies
- Collaborate with project managers, delivery teams, and customer stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes
- Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks and issues throughout the delivery lifecycle
- Maintain strong customer relationships while staying current with emerging cloud, mobility, and security technologies
