As a Server, you’ll be the face of hospitality - taking orders, serving meals, and ensuring guests feel valued and cared for throughout their visit. You’ll uphold safety and cleanliness standards, handle financial transactions, and contribute to a fun, friendly, and safe environment. This position requires attention to detail, a positive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting.

  • Serve food and beverages promptly and courteously
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the guest experience
  • Follow alcohol safety protocols, including ID verification
  • Maintain cleanliness of assigned stations and shared areas
  • Perform pre-bussing and table maintenance during service
  • Process guest payments accurately and efficiently
  • Promote the “Big Six” values: Fun, Friendly, Quick, Comfortable, Clean, and Safe
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum 1 year of serving experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Ability to obtain a food handler’s card
  • Completion of alcohol awareness training
  • Eligibility for a state-issued Alcoholic Beverage License
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
  • Willingness to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Comfortable working in environments with crowd noise and second-hand smoke
