Position: Dining Room Manager

Shift: Full-time, Monday-Sunday flexibility required, AM/PM flexibility required

Pay: pay is based on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, energetic, and positive interactions with guests
• Manage seating, order taking, timely service and resolve customer complaints
• Maintain cleanliness and readiness of dining areas
• Hire, train, supervise and support dining room staff
• Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
