As a Direct Support Professional, you will help each person have the opportunity to make choices, contribute to their daily lifestyle, obtain the best education or training available, and enjoy a home-like atmosphere with quality caregivers.

FULL-TIME AND PART-TIME POSITIONS.

Benefits for DSPs:

• $.50 per hour increase after 6 months
• All positions are eligible for a matching 401K contribution
• 30 HPW (hours per week) or greater positions offer vision insurance at no cost

DSP Requirements:

• Have a high school diploma or general education degree (GED).
• Possess and maintain a valid driver’s license.
• Be 18 years of age or older.
• Obtain all clearances as required to meet regulatory compliance.
