Direct Support Professional (DSP)

Purpose:

Ensure that community living services are performed at a level that meets or exceeds client and Agency expectations. This position supports the goals and objectives of the CLS by providing direct service support and administrative coordination to the clients who reside in the CLS. Coordinate the scheduling of service activities to ensure timely execution of client appointments. Review reports to ensure adequate supply levels are maintained.

Qualifications:

Two years of college or one year of college plus two years of full-time related work experience or high school diploma or equivalent plus five years full-time related work experience required. Must have proof of Direct Service Professional (DSP) training and pass TABE test within 120 days of hire. Must have a valid driver's license and ability to drive agency vehicles.
