Direct Support Professional (JF-CM)

We are seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to provide Community Habilitation to a man in his 50s in the Jamesville area. He enjoys community activities, spending time with friends, movies, shopping, and bowling. The DSP will support him in exploring new activities, building social connections, and developing positive social skills through community engagement and the support from the DSP. Training, guidance, and ongoing support will be provided by the agency for the DSP.

Prior experience is a plus. Candidates must be reliable and punctual.

Requirements: Valid driver's license, Reliable transportation, High school diploma, or GED.

Hours and days of work: Days a week 8am-4pm

Starting pay: Starting pay is $25/hour

Location: Jamesville, NY

Background check, fingerprinting, and DMV record check will be conducted prior to hire by the non-profit agency.
