Weekend availability is required. Candidates must be able to work at least one weekend shift each week.
Salary Range: $16.00 – $18.00 / hour - based on work experience and/or education. Overtime and pay incentives available
Earn an additional $2.00 per hour for all hours worked from 11:00 PM Friday through 11:00 PM Sunday (available to both Full-Time and Part-Time employees).
Job Summary
- Build trusting relationships and meaningful connections with adolescents.
- Mentor and encourage youth through daily challenges while promoting positive decision-making.
- Support community integration by accompanying adolescents to school activities, shopping, medical appointments, family visits, and recreational outings.
- Teach and reinforce essential life skills, including cooking, laundry, cleaning, and personal responsibility.
- Use positive reinforcement and crisis de-escalation techniques to help adolescents succeed.
- Participate in recreational activities.
- Serve as a positive role model while helping adolescents develop independence, confidence, and healthy social skills.
