Direct Support Professional (DSP) – First Resources Corp. Residential Services
Location: Sigourney, IA
Employment Type: Full-Time & Part-time (38–40 hours/week)
Schedule Options:
- Full Time:
- 6am-2pm (every other weekend rotation)
- 10am-2pm (every other weekend rotation)
- Full Time Overnights:
- Tuesday 3pm-Wednesday 9am
- Friday 3pm-Saturday 10am
- Tuesday 10am-10am Wednesday
- Friday 10am-Saturday 10am
- Part Time:
- 6am-2pm every other weekend
- Saturday 11am- Sunday 11am

We provide a wide range of home- and community-based services, including behavioral health, substance use treatment, case management, and residential support. What You'll Do
- Support clients with daily activities such as grocery shopping, errands, hygiene, and medication administration
- Assist with mobility needs, including two-person transfers and use of a Hoyer lift
- Help clients achieve personal goals like cooking, cleaning, and social integration
- Transport clients to appointments and community events
- Follow and document progress on Person Centered Service Plans (PCSPs)
- Communicate regularly with supervisors and team members
What You'll Need
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and proof of auto insurance
- Flexibility to work varied shifts and fill in as needed
