• Bachelor'sorMaster'sdegreeinComputerScience,SoftwareEngineering,orarelatedfield,orequivalentpracticalexperience.
  
  
• 15+yearsofsoftwareengineeringexperience,with5+yearsinengineeringleadershiprolesmanagingmanagersormultipleteams.
  
  
• Proventrackrecordofleadinglarge-scale,complexsoftwareprogramsanddistributedengineeringorganizations.

• Strongbackgroundinsoftwareengineering,systemdesign,anddistributedsystemsarchitecture.
  
  
• Hands-onexperienceintechnologiessuchasJava,C#,Python,JavaScript/TypeScript,orGo(priorcodingexperienceexpected,evenifnotday-to-day).
