Director, Cloud GTM Finance
You will serve as the strategic finance partner to the Cloud go-to-market organization. You will build the GTM Finance function, lead analysts, forecast revenue and sales compensation, assess partnership economics, develop reporting, and present performance narratives to executives and the Board. You will also influence pricing, capacity strategy, segmentation, and territory design.
Responsibilities
- Own revenue forecasting across Cloud and Managed AI products
- Design and operationalize scalable sales incentive plans with Revenue Operations and HR
- Forecast sales compensation expenses
- Model partnership, channel, and reseller economics
- Evaluate deal structures and provide go or no-go financial recommendations
- Own financial reporting on Cloud GTM performance versus targets
- Define analytical frameworks for sales productivity, efficiency, and ROI
- Own GTM content for Board materials, investor updates, and diligence
- Hire, coach, and develop the GTM Finance team
- Build finance systems, cadences, and tooling
- Partner with GTM leadership on strategy, segmentation, and territory design
Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive experience in Strategic Finance, FP&A, GTM or Sales Finance, Investment Banking, Private Equity, or Management Consulting
- At least 5 years in GTM or Sales Finance at a high-growth technology company
- 3+ years leading and developing teams
- Experience as an embedded finance partner to a senior GTM leader in an enterprise technology company
- Fluency in committed-consumption revenue mechanics
- Experience with sales target setting, sales compensation design, and performance reporting
- Experience building pricing frameworks for complex enterprise contracts
- Expert-level financial modeling
- Strong command of FP&A and GTM tools
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related analytical field
