Director, Global SDR Operations
You will lead a globally distributed SDR team, qualify pipeline through outbound and inbound motions, develop SDR talent, build prospecting playbooks, manage tooling and processes, define KPIs, forecast pipeline, and align SDR execution with regional sales and marketing priorities.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coach the global SDR team
- Hold SDRs accountable for pipeline targets
- Build individualized development plans
- Own the SDR ramp-up framework
- Design regional onboarding programs
- Coach discovery and objection handling
- Conduct call reviews and message audits
- Maintain a talent pipeline
- Build outbound and inbound playbooks
- Partner with Growth Marketing on lead follow-up
- Define SQL and SQO criteria
- Own the opportunity handoff process
- Drive outbound and inbound prospecting
- Define ICP and TAM targeting
- Own the global SDR playbook
- Manage the SDR tool stack strategy
- Optimize team efficiency processes
- Define and report team KPIs
- Conduct Win/Loss analysis
- Forecast lead pipeline and revenue contribution
- Represent the SDR team in go-to-market planning
Requirements
- 8+ years managing quota-carrying SDR BDR or inside sales teams
