Director of Food and Beverage

As a member of the properties Executive Committee, the Director of Food and Beverage is a highly visible role with exposure to Senior and Corporate leadership. This position reports to the hotel General Manager.

Salary Range - $155,300 - $258,800

Qualifications -

• Previous experience as a Director of Food & Beverage in a luxury hotel or resort is required.

• Minimum 7 years of progressive Food & Beverage leadership experience, including at least 2 years of executive-level responsibility within a luxury hotel or resort environment.

• Demonstrated success leading Food & Beverage operations in a high-volume luxury property, preferably with significant group, convention, catering, and banquet business.

• Proven ability to develop and execute a strategic Food & Beverage vision that enhances the guest experience, drives revenue growth, and delivers exceptional financial performance.

• Strong commercial and financial acumen with experience managing budgets, forecasting, labor productivity, cost controls, revenue optimization, and profitability.

• Extensive experience overseeing multiple Food & Beverage outlets, including restaurants, lounges, in-room dining, pool operations, banquets, catering, and stewarding.

• Proven ability to recruit, develop, coach, and inspire high-performing teams while fostering an inclusive culture, accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement.

• Experience leading new restaurant concepts, major renovations, repositioning initiatives, or hotel pre-openings is strongly preferred.

• Demonstrated commitment to luxury service excellence, innovation, quality assurance, food safety, and operational execution.

• Exceptional leadership presence with outstanding communication, presentation, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.

• Highly organized with the ability to lead multiple priorities and collaborate effectively across hotel departments, corporate partners, ownership, and the local community.

• Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field preferred; equivalent executive hospitality experience will be considered.
