Director of Food and Beverage

As a member of the properties Executive Committee, the Director of Food and Beverage is a highly visible role with exposure to Senior and Corporate leadership. This position reports to the hotel General Manager.
Salary Range - $155,300 - $258,800
Qualifications -
Previous experience as a Director of Food & Beverage in a luxury hotel or resort is required.
Minimum 7 years of progressive Food & Beverage leadership experience, including at least 2 years of executive-level responsibility within a luxury hotel or resort environment.
Demonstrated success leading Food & Beverage operations in a high-volume luxury property, preferably with significant group, convention, catering, and banquet business.
Proven ability to develop and execute a strategic Food & Beverage vision that enhances the guest experience, drives revenue growth, and delivers exceptional financial performance.
Strong commercial and financial acumen with experience managing budgets, forecasting, labor productivity, cost controls, revenue optimization, and profitability.
Extensive experience overseeing multiple Food & Beverage outlets, including restaurants, lounges, in-room dining, pool operations, banquets, catering, and stewarding.
Proven ability to recruit, develop, coach, and inspire high-performing teams while fostering an inclusive culture, accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement.
Experience leading new restaurant concepts, major renovations, repositioning initiatives, or hotel pre-openings is strongly preferred.
Demonstrated commitment to luxury service excellence, innovation, quality assurance, food safety, and operational execution.
Exceptional leadership presence with outstanding communication, presentation, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
Highly organized with the ability to lead multiple priorities and collaborate effectively across hotel departments, corporate partners, ownership, and the local community.
Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field preferred; equivalent executive hospitality experience will be considered.
