The Founding Member Opportunity: Equity & Commitment

This is a Founding Member position for a true entrepreneur. No guts, no glory. We are seeking a partner ready to walk the talk and build a category-defining company.

Compensation Structure and Commitment:

• Founder Equity Package: Your package will be a negotiated amount of Founder Equity (1 - 3% depending on experience).
• No Salary (Bootstrapping Phase): We are currently bootstrapping the company, meaning no one is taking salaries. You will not receive a paycheck until the closing of a fund-raising round or when sales generate sufficient cash flow.
• Time Commitment: We understand the commitment required. Part-time (minimum 10-20 hours/week) is acceptable during this bootstrap phase. *** Activation**: A competitive salary and attractive stock package will be activated upon the successful closing of our fundraising round.
• Mandatory Filter: DO NOT apply if you are going to ask for a paycheck. This is an equity-driven Co-Founder role.

Voicera is at the forefront of Perceptive Computing, building AI that understands human sincerity and intent. We’ve built the technology; now we need a high-energy, aggressive Marketing Director to build the brand and the demand.

We aren't looking for a "manager" to oversee agencies or sit in high-level strategy meetings all day. We need a founding-level doer—someone who can architect the strategy and then personally execute the plan to get us in front of the right enterprise stakeholders.

The Reality of the Role: This is a ground-floor opportunity. You will work directly with the CEO and CRO to execute our GTM strategy. Because we are in the bootstrap phase, you won't have a massive marketing budget to hide behind. You must be exceptionally creative and aggressive, using growth-hacking and organic strategies to drive awareness until we hit our next funding or revenue milestones.

What You’ll Actually Do:

• GTM Execution: Define our market niche, identify our ICP (Ideal Customer Profile), and own the entire marketing lifecycle from awareness to lead gen.
• Content & Digital Presence: Lead the charge on our website, LinkedIn, social media, and SEO. You’ll have support from our Design/UX team, but you are the primary driver of the narrative.
• Growth Hacking: Find unconventional, low-cost ways to generate initial traction and pilot deals in key segments like Sales Enablement, Conversation Intelligence, Hiring Software, AI Voice Agents, and more.
• Metric-Driven Iteration: Define our marketing KPIs, track what works, and pivot quickly based on data.
• Tooling: Select and implement the marketing stack (CRM, automation, analytics) that fits a lean, agile startup.

Who You Are:

• A Scrappy Expert: You have deep experience in B2B SaaS or AI marketing. You know the "best practices" but aren't afraid to break them to get results in a startup environment.
• Tech-Literate: You understand AI, big data, and perceptive computing well enough to translate complex tech into a compelling value proposition.
• The "First Principles" Thinker: You don't need a huge team or a massive budget to make noise. You know how to use content, community, and digital strategy to build a brand from zero.
• Resilient & Adaptable: You are comfortable with the "controlled chaos" of an early-stage company. You see a pivot as an opportunity, not a setback.

Compensation & Logistics:

• Location: Remote.

Qualifications:

• 5–8+ years of marketing experience in Enterprise Software/SaaS/AI.
• Proven track record of driving organic growth or "low-budget" high-impact results.
• Expert-level understanding of digital marketing tools and content strategy.
• A "results-first" mindset.
