Additional Information: This hotel is owned and operated by an independent franchisee, Clearview Hotel Capital, LLC. The franchisee is a separate company and a separate employer from Marriott International, Inc. The franchisee solely controls all aspects of the hotel’s employment policies and practices, including hiring, firing, discipline, staffing, compensation, benefits, and all other terms and conditions of employment. If you accept a position at this hotel, you will be employed by a franchisee and not by Marriott International, Inc.

• Lead and grow a dynamic sales and catering operation
• Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies
• Drive group, corporate, catering, wedding, social, and special-event business
• Build relationships with key corporate, association, social, and community accounts
• Position the hotel as a premier destination for weddings, galas, corporate events, meetings, and celebrations
• Lead, coach, and inspire a high-performing sales and catering team
• Create innovative sales strategies that differentiate the property in a competitive market
• Partner closely with hotel leadership and operations to maximize revenue and guest satisfaction
• Help establish the hotel's new identity and market positioning as the transformation unfolds
• Write your own path and leave your mark on a property entering an exciting new chapter

• Proven leadership experience in hotel sales and marketing
• Strong knowledge of group, catering, corporate, and social sales
• A successful track record of generating revenue and developing new business
• Experience leading and developing sales professionals
• Exceptional relationship-building and networking skills
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
• A creative approach to sales and marketing
