You will own the North American mid-market marketing engine, combining regional demand generation, account-based marketing, webinars, and field events. You will lead regional marketers, collaborate with Sales, Channel, and Global Marketing, manage budgets and performance, and turn strategy into measurable revenue pipeline. Responsibilities

  • Build and own North American mid-market marketing targets, integrated field programs, and global expansion initiatives.
  • Partner with Sales and Marketing to launch account-based marketing campaigns.
  • Identify regional trends and whitespace to guide channel strategy across paid media, email, and content syndication.
  • Manage the regional budget, forecasts, ROI, performance narratives, and pipeline risk mitigation plans.
  • Align demand generation messaging with Product Marketing, Brand, and Creative priorities.
  • Set strategy, priorities, and success metrics for regional events.
  • Partner with Sales leadership and Marketing Operations to identify strategic cities, verticals, and accounts for field activations.
  • Build stakeholder relationships and optimize lead quality, conversion efficiency, and ROI.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of regional marketing professionals.
  • Establish KPIs, analyze campaign results, and optimize marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Channel, Global Marketing, Product Marketing, Content, and Global Campaigns teams.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of marketing experience in demand generation, account-based marketing, field marketing, or event management, preferably in cybersecurity or SaaS.
  • Leadership experience managing, motivating, and collaborating with high-performing cross-functional teams.
  • North American mid-market expertise and knowledge of regional marketing best practices and cultural nuances.
  • Track record of driving pipeline and revenue through multi-channel demand generation campaigns and regional events or roadshows.
  • Strategic and analytical ability to align marketing initiatives with business goals and measure campaign ROI.
  • Operational experience managing program-level budgets.
  • Ability to travel approximately 40% of the time.
