Director - Sales Director

Responsibilities:
- Direct sales of xSuite solutions to new clients
- Supervises regional sales managers and implements national sales plans.
- Determines annual goals for the sales team
- Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual quotas for territories and projecting expected sales volumes for xSuite products.
- Train new employees and ensure knowledge transfer
- Maintains national staff job results by counseling and disciplining employees.
- Plans, monitors, and appraises job results.
- Maintaining professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years’ experience within a Sales or related position
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from start to finish
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Knowledge of how to develop customer-focused, differentiated, and achievable solutions
- Experience leading a team
- Knowledge in SAP
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Schedule:
- Monday – Friday
- 40 hours per week
