  • Define and manage the social measurement framework, including KPIs, dashboards, reporting cadence, performance analysis, and recommendations for marketing and executive leadership.
  • Build creator, influencer, advocacy, and community engagement programs, including developer creators, community contributors, and employee advocates.
  • Own the employee advocacy program by increasing participation across multiple functions, providing shareable content, managing the advocacy platform, and measuring reach, engagement, and business contribution.

  • Collaborate with Developer Relations to strengthen community engagement and establish a useful, informed point of view in industry discussions.
  • Apply AI tools thoughtfully across social workflows to improve efficiency, innovation, and the effectiveness of marketing operations.
  • Prepare for and help coordinate responses to sensitive or rapidly developing issues in partnership with the appropriate internal teams.
  • Requirements:

    • Have hands-on experience growing LinkedIn and X as primary social channels, with strong judgment around content formats, messaging, and publishing cadence.
    • Understand paid social programs and the relationship between organic and paid strategies, including creative development, audience strategy, amplification, and performance analysis.
