We're looking for a Dishwasher who is dependable, hardworking, and team-focused.

You're someone who keeps the kitchen running by making sure clean dishes, tools, and equipment are always ready. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and can keep up with a busy service while working safely and keeping your area organized.

You're comfortable working closely with cooks, sushi chefs, and servers, and you understand that every great meal depends on a clean, well-stocked kitchen. You enjoy staying on the move and being someone the team can count on.

What You'll Do

• Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment using the dish machine and three-compartment sink.
• Monitor dish machine temperatures and sanitizer levels and report any problems to a manager.
• Return clean dishes and equipment to their proper storage areas so stations stay stocked during service.
• Keep the dish area clean, organized, and free of clutter throughout the shift.
• Empty trash, recycling, and compost and keep disposal areas clean.
• Sweep and mop floors, clean mats, and help maintain overall kitchen cleanliness.
• Handle cleaning chemicals safely and use required PPE.
• Assist with basic food prep, restocking, and deliveries as directed.
• Communicate with kitchen and front-of-house team members to keep service running smoothly.
• Complete opening and closing duties as assigned.

Compensation: $22.00 per hour.
