What To Expect

• Operate dishwashing equipment and/or a three-compartment sink
• Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment
• Maintain a clean and organized dish area
• Sweep, mop, and assist with kitchen cleaning tasks
• Take out trash and recycling, as needed
• Support kitchen and restaurant teams wherever needed
• Follow food safety and sanitation standards

What We're Looking For

• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
• Strong communication and time management skills
• Willingness to learn and help wherever needed
• Previous restaurant experience is a plus but not required

Physical Requirements

• Comfortable working in wet and warm kitchen conditions
• Ability to safely operate kitchen equipment after training
• Ability to stand and walk throughout most of the shift
• Ability to lift up to 50-80 pounds
• Ability to perform physical activities such as reaching, bending, kneeling, and moving throughout the facility

Compensation

• Starting Pay: $17.00/hour and up, based on experience
