What You'll Do

As a Dishwasher, you'll help maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen by ensuring all dishes, cookware, utensils, and kitchen equipment are cleaned and sanitized efficiently. You'll play an important role in supporting the Culinary and Food & Beverage teams to keep service running smoothly.

Responsibilities include:

• Operate commercial dishwashing equipment to clean and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment.
• Wash and sanitize items by hand when necessary.
• Maintain clean and organized dishwashing, kitchen, and storage areas.
• Empty trash and recycling containers and dispose of waste properly.
• Sweep and mop kitchen floors while maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
• Restock clean dishes, cookware, and utensils to designated storage areas.
• Assist with receiving and storing deliveries as needed.
• Support kitchen staff by keeping supplies readily available during meal service.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
• Report equipment issues or maintenance needs to leadership promptly.
• Assist with general kitchen cleaning and closing duties.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support Culinary and Food & Beverage operations.

What We're Looking For

• Previous dishwashing, stewarding, or restaurant experience is helpful but not required—we're happy to train motivated individuals.
• Strong work ethics and positive attitude.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen environment.
