Dishwasher/Steward at Lolo's (part-time)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Wash and sanitize dishes, pots, pans, glassware, and kitchen equipment
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen, dish area, storage areas, and banquet spaces
• Remove trash and assist with daily and deep cleaning tasks
• Support banquet setup and breakdown as needed
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards
• Assist the culinary and service teams during busy periods

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Restaurant or kitchen experience preferred but not required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, team-oriented, and detail-focused
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events
