Summary
Coordinates bus schedules, monitors service performance, and communicates between teams to ensure safe and efficient transportation operations.
As a Dispatcher at Academy Bus, you will join a cross-functional team, keeping the lines of communication open between its employees and customers. This role provides an opportunity for growth within the largest privately owned and operated transportation company in the U.S.
This is a full-time position with benefits and paid time off. MUST HAVE CDL license with passenger endorsement.
Earn $24.00-$27.00 per hour. Pay rate based on candidate experience level.
Must be able to work a flexible schedule which may include nights and weekends.

Responsibilities:
- Review schedules and requests
- Monitor service performance
- Coordinate with terminal leadership, customer service, and other teams to ensure safe and effective operations
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of scheduling or operations experience in bus or motor coach industry
- Must have CDL license with passenger endorsement
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
- MS Outlook and Excel
