Part-Time Dispatcher — Battle Buddy Mobility Transport LLC

Location: Battle Creek, MI Pay: $17.00/hour to start, with potential pay increase after your 90-day performance review Schedule: Part-time — your main shifts will be on weekends, with occasional weekday shifts as needed

Battle Buddy Mobility Transport is a non-emergency medical transportation company serving nursing home and hospital discharge patients across Michigan. We're looking for a sharp, dependable Dispatcher to join our team on a part-time basis.

What You'll Do

• Answer a high volume of incoming calls and respond quickly and professionally
• Multitasking
• Monitor and respond to emails throughout your shift
• Field calls from drivers in the field and help solve problems in real time
• Manage and coordinate drivers' trips for the day, keeping everything on schedule
• Pre-assign drivers' upcoming shifts to keep the next day running smoothly

What We're Looking For

• Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
• Strong phone and written communication skills
• Comfortable staying calm and organized under pressure
• Available to work your main shifts on weekends, with flexibility for occasional weekday shifts
• Prior dispatch, scheduling, or customer service experience is a plus
