WE’RE HIRING: AREA MANAGER – DUNKIN’ | INDIANA

We are looking for a dedicated, energetic, and reliable Area Manager to oversee and support Dunkin’ stores throughout Indiana.

Position Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations across multiple Dunkin’ locations.
Travel throughout Indiana to support stores as needed.
Ensure excellent customer service, food quality, and cleanliness standards.
Support store managers and team members with training, coaching, and leadership.
Monitor store performance, staffing, and operational efficiency.
Be available 24/7 to assist with urgent operational needs and emergencies.

Ideal Candidate:

Strong leadership and multi-unit management skills.
Experience in the restaurant, quick-service, or food service industry preferred.
Willingness and ability to travel throughout Indiana.
Flexible schedule and availability to support stores 24/7 when needed.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Location: Indiana (statewide travel required)

Availability: 24/7 as needed to support store operations.
