The Role:

We’re seeking a passionate and dedicated DMS Digital QA Analyst to join our team. In this role, you’ll plan, execute, and support quality assurance activities for applications and digital solutions that power the Dealer Management System (DMS) and support the dealer network. You will partner with product owners, business stakeholders, developers, and cross-functional IT teams to develop and execute testing strategies for new features, enhancements, integrations, and releases, ensuring solutions meet functional, technical, and business requirements. Through functional, integration, end-to-end, regression, user acceptance, and system testing, you will help deliver reliable, secure, and high-quality software experiences. You will also champion testing best practices, standardization, and automation initiatives while driving continuous improvement efforts that enhance software quality, testing efficiency, and overall business performance. What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Draft test plans, test cases, test scripts, and test reports across digital platforms
  • Execute test plans and test cases
  • Isolate, reproduce, log, track and verify defects
  • Prepare data sets to test logic, error handling and system workflows
  • Record logs of test cases and provide actionable feedback to the product owner and development teams as necessary
  • Assist aligning with corporate Quality Assurance policies, standards, and governance
  • Review user stories to ensure acceptance criteria, assumptions, and requirements are understood and can be tested
  • Participate in ranking defects and prioritizing defect/bug fixes
  • Participate in final go/no-go decision prior to elevating code to production environments
  • Administers constant improvement in testing processes, deliverables, and reporting
  • Work is generally independent and collaborative in nature
  • Contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project
  • Familiarity with API, web service (REST, SOAP) testing using various tools
  • Familiarity with the Selenium automated testing framework
  • Advanced SQL abilities with structured and unstructured data stores
  • Actively participate in defect triage meeting
  • Participate and drive contract reviews as assigned
  • Practice fiduciary responsibility

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Higher
  • 8-10 Years of Related Professional Experience
  • Quality Assurance Certification is a plus (ex. CSTE, CSQA, CAST, etc.)
  • Azure DevOps, Azure Test Plans, JIRA, Zephyr Squad

  • This role is fully remote within the United States. All you need is a reliable internet connection and a passion for what you do.

What Your Total Compensation & Benefits Package will look like:

Salary - $83,340 - $147,055 per year. Compensation depends on the selected candidate’s education and experience.
