Description
- Develop and implement Tribal Gaming training programs and schedules.
- Facilitate in person and virtual training sessions based on the organization’s needs.
- Adapt training content and delivery methods to suit different audiences, ensuring engagement and retention knowledge.
- Coordinate logistics for training sessions, including venue booking, equipment setup and participant communication.
- Create and update training materials, presentations and handouts.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure the accuracy and relevance of training content.
- Collect and analyze feedback from training participants to assess program effectiveness.
- Prepare reports on training outcomes and participant performance.
- Stay current with Tribal Gaming industry trends, best practices and innovations in training and development.
- Continuously improve training delivery methods and content to meet the evolving needs of the organization.
- Oversees onboarding and training platform and procedures in UKG for DNGE
