Job Responsibilities:

• Review and process retail auto loan documents for accuracy and completeness
• Verify documentation in accordance with underwriting guidelines
• Identify discrepancies and proactively obtain corrected or missing documents
• Communicate clearly and professionally with internal teams, dealers, and customers via phone and email
• Maintain accurate records within loan processing systems
• Meet established turnaround time, quality, and productivity standards
• Support funding timelines by responding promptly to documentation requests
