Key Responsibilities
- Create a positive first impression by providing courteous, friendly, and professional service to all guests and visitors.
- Ensure a first-class arrival and departure experience at the hotel entrance.
- Open and close vehicle doors for guests and visitors.
- Greet arriving and departing guests warmly and professionally.
- Assist guests with transportation requests, including arranging taxis and other guest services.
- Coordinate with Bell Attendants to assist with unloading and handling guest luggage.
- Maintain a welcoming and organized entrance area at all times.
- Provide directions and general information to guests as needed.
