- Identify gaps in DORA BCCM from a control framework perspective within L3 in Taxonomy
- Analyze current BCCM controls against DORA regulatory requirements and technical standards
- Perform regulatory gap assessments and evaluate adherence to DORA requirements
- Lead workshops with cross-functional teams to gather input and validate findings
- Coordinate activities across stakeholders of various seniority levels
- Support definition and alignment of business continuity and crisis management controls
