Drive the Future Program - Global Corporate Bank
Chile’s Drive the Future Program is designed to strengthen JPMorganChase’s early-career talent pipeline by attracting and developing recent graduates with their first professional experience.
Through a structured training and development experience, participants receive educational content designed to help them navigate the organization, develop key technical and interpersonal skills, and gain a deeper understanding of the JPMorganChase culture. They will also gain exposure to the firm’s culture, values, and organizational structure while building a strong professional network.
During journey in our program, you’ll collaborate with our expert professionals to influence and shape decisions and initiatives that support our businesses across the firm. You'll have the opportunity to make meaningful contributions while developing your professional expertise in a dynamic team environment.
In Chile, DTF opportunities are open to candidates who graduated within the last 12 months. Participants are hired for an initial 6-month period, with the possibility of extension up to 18 months based on participant performance, feedback, and business needs. This role requires full-time, in-person availability in Santiago de Chile only.
The Global Corporate Bank manages J.P. Morgan's banking relationships with large corporations, financial institutions and public sector organizations.
We help our clients meet their objectives and challenges in financing (e.g. bonds, syndicated loans), risk management (e.g. hedging through derivatives), and treasury services.

The Bank has a long-standing and leading presence in Chile, including a banking-license, as evidenced by milestone transactions with the largest corporations.
Job responsibilities:
Support GCB bankers activities, including: (a) financial analysis; (b) modeling and forecasting; and (c) coordination with J.P. Morgan’s product specialists (Derivatives, Debt Capital Markets, Payments, and Investment Banking, among others)
Understand business dynamics of industries and sectors, analyzing financial requirements of corporations (e.g. optimal capital structure, acquisition financing, ratings sensitivity, liquidity investment opportunities) and how to mitigate associated risks
Development of business plans and preparation of pitch books for existing and prospect clients, supporting the conversion of client analysis into concrete financial solutions
Support GCB bankers in the discussions and approval processes for all products under scope
Communicate with business partners to align on priorities, timelines, and deliverables. Monitor client activity and execution workstreams to support timely delivery.
Job Requirements:
Advanced English proficiency
Full-time availability to work in person
Recent graduate (within the last 12 months) on Finance, Accountancy or Business Admistration.
Knowledge in financial products (focus on derivatives).
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Results-driven, “can-do” attitude with a focus on execution and delivery
Highly organized and disciplined, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
Team-oriented, with strong collaboration and emerging leadership skills
Proactive and dynamic, with the ability to perform well under pressure
Strong analytical skills and commercial acumen
Basic knowledge of finance and accounting
Strong data skills, including proficiency in Excel and working knowledge of Power BI and/or SQL, to analyze and interpret data to support decision-making
Proficiency with AI tools (e.g., generative AI) to improve productivity, analysis, and problem-solving, using sound judgment and following applicable guidelines
