Driver cum Salesman

We are looking for a dynamic, results-driven Driver cum Salesman to manage direct sales and distribution operations across Sharjah. This role requires a hands-on approach to building relationships with Tandoor Bakeries and Pakistani Restaurants, driving sales growth, and managing timely deliveries.

​Key Responsibilities:

- ​Direct Sales & Business Development: Execute a direct sales approach targeting Tandoor bakeries and Pakistani restaurants across Sharjah to drive product placement and volume growth.

- ​Delivery & Logistics: Safely operate company vehicles to ensure prompt, accurate, and efficient delivery of goods to assigned clients.

- ​Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with restaurant owners, managers, and head bakers.

- ​Order Booking & Collection: Take stock orders, manage invoicing, and ensure timely follow-ups on cash/credit collections.

- ​Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activities, pricing trends, and customer preferences within the Sharjah market to identify new business opportunities.

Requirements:

- ​Nationality: Pakistani national (Mandatory).

- ​Experience: Proven field sales and driving experience within Sharjah (Mandatory). Valid UAE Driving License is required.

- ​Language Skills: Proficiency in Urdu/English; knowledge of Pashto will be considered a strong added value.

- ​Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with Pakistani restaurants and tandoor bakery operations in Sharjah.

Salary: Up to AED 4,000 (Based on experience) + Lucrative Commission Structure
